I've tried to get Backyard Baseball running on Mac OS X 10.4.3 with ScummVM 0.8.0a but have had little success. While the game's compatibility is only listed as 20% completed the comments do say 'Game is playable, with glitches', so I figure I should at least be able to get it to run.
